Protean Proofreading will respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your work at all times, unless otherwise required by law.
Specifically Protean Proofreading will NOT:
- disclose any part of your work to a third party unless expressly requested by you to do so,
- disclose the nature of your work or its title to any third party, or
- disclose any of your personal details to a third party.
Protean Proofreading will retain one copy of the work (plus a backup in the case of computer files) until the end of the calendar month following receipt by Protean Proofreading of all monies due. At this time all copies (and any backups) will be destroyed.
