The price for proofreading or copy editing your work will depend on the length of the document and the quality of the written English.
A common method of quoting a price is to base it either on the word count or on the number of pages; however, this usually results in a higher price than one based on an examination of the whole document or a representative sample of the document.
To obtain a quote for your work, email the following to stephanie@protean.org.au
- Your document or a representative sample
(see below).
- Your requirements.
- Your deadline.
For documents larger then 20 pages, a representative sample would be at least 10% of the total. In addition, the word count of the complete document would be required.

Your quotation will be valid for 30 days.
Please provide Macintosh files on a PC-formatted disk.
